VIQUESNEY'S SERVICE PLAQUE
DATE UNKNOWN - est. 1930s
Shown above are Viquesney researcher T. Perry Wesley (left) and colleague Jess McKay standing in front of some of the artist's collected works. On the floor lies what appears to be a shield-shaped mount with a ledger affixed to it, believed to be Viquesney's "Service Plaque". Nothing is known of it, except a mention in Mr. Wesley's records, that it was "for homes, churches, schools, etc., with places for attaching stars for those in service."
